I developed a painful gum/tooth area and needed something done! I called late afternoon and got an appointment first thing the next morning - which I thought was GREAT! The office staff was friendly, accommodating and they checked with my new dental insurance. Colby took me to a room and went ahead and got x-rays which I appreciated to keep the process moving along. Dr. Kang introduced himself and agreed with "my diagnosis" - extraction required. The financial adviser came and reviewed what my insurance would pay and what I was responsible for and answered any questions. Dr. Kang anesthetized the area extremely well so I felt no pain but only the tooth area was numb - not half my face! That impressed me the most. I highly recommend this office!

I had a great experience during my first visit! The office staff were amazing! Not only was everyone that I interacted with, during my visit, great, but the staff also introduced me to the hygienist I will see at my next appointment! The dentist also did a great job and was friendly! I am happy I found this office. I am not usually happy to go to the dentist but I can now honestly say I am not dreading it.

Not only did I call last minute to schedule an appointment, but I was also late. They worked me in and made things possible. The staff were extremely polite and personable. The paper work was extremely easy and the office is very professional. The pricing is probably the best you can find in NEGA and you can't complain when there is free wifi and comfortable furniture in the waiting room. Definitely deserving of 5 .

Carolina Dental is the best place to go for family dental care. The staff is positive and upbeat and they make you feel very comfortable and cared for. I totally trust my teeth and the teeth of my family to their care and we highly recommend this dental office.

They made me a next day appointment for a problem I was having even though I had not previously been a patient. They were friendly and very helpful. They have plans to assist those with out dental insurance. This is my families new dental provider !!!
